Disappointed

Thought I purchased an upgrade, not have two "pro" and cant import from this one. Was one free, are they the same, why cant I import, will you refund my money, why cant I download from Evernote? Tooooooooooooo many more issues to list :(

Almost horrible

The "lighter" features work fine, but the annotation and photo additions do not work. Needs a fix.

iOS 8 update, urgent!!!!

I really love this app, but there is no iOS 8 update, please do it....

App crashes!

The old version was great but since the update came out, it crashes on start up every time. I had a lot of important PDFs that I cannot access now!

Excellent PDF Reader

After trying several PDF apps for reading, so far I stick with this one. The universal search is by far its most useful feature, but the interface is also elegant and generally performs very well. BUG NOTICE There’s a bug in the most recent update where when you use the “add file” option it shows only the original file name for PDF’s that you’ve downloaded instead of the name you changed it to (if you changed it). In the search field it shows the title correctly, but anywhere else (such as adding/opening a secondary PDF for multiple file viewing it only shows the original title).

Great update

My fav PDF app, and a great update. My only two items on the wish list is: Erase all annotations Direct integration into cloud-based storage (so you dont need to import files)

Awesome app for PDF

I tried a lot of apps for PDFs and stick to this one now!

FAST, Split Screen, Excellent Annotation, AMAZING!

I have been using the free version of this app which is a reader only for quite a while because it is by far the fastest I have seen. Meanwhile I have hunted everywhere for split screen PDF apps. I have side by side which is nice but cant annotate. I have Easy Annotate which has great potential but which I find slow and temperamental as well as having issues with annotating text in languages that put some characters above and below others. Recently I learned that this app had added a spit screen view. I decided to get it and am very impressed. As a PDF viewer, annotating app, this is the best I have used. The highlight tool works great in any language I have tried. Split screen is excellent and easy to use. File management is functional and easy to navigate. This is not a media player, browser, Swiss Army knife but it is a great pdf app. Why only 4 stars then? There are a few minor things that could be improved. 1. Simplify the highlighter color selection. I dont need a million color choices. I do need about 5 good distinct colors that can be easily changed. The implementation is not terrible, but would be much better if everything but a simple selection of preferred colors was under a secondary menu. 2. Any time you are annotating, the undo, redo buttons should be visible. Right now, they are often not. 3. The file outline and bookmarks need to be accessible in split screen mode. 4. The underline feature looks excellent, however it is not in the same menu as the highlight option or as easy to use. It would be really nice if those two options and their color selections were together and if you could underline as easily as you can highlight. Thanks for a great app. I will be recommending it to many people and will love it even more if you can implement these suggestions.

Can be better

If you multitask some other apps, this app will either close all opening documents or shut down.

Having some problems

I have used this app and its predecessor for a while now and been very happy with them. As of late I cannot use it as it will crash after about 30-45 seconds. I am using it to read blueprints downloaded from Dropbox on both an iPhone 6 and an iPad 2. Same problem with either device.

Very beautiful pdf reader, but with one crucial limitation

Currently, PDF expert is my go to reader and it does a great job. However, PDF Pro 2 is, to my mind, more attractive aesthetically. However, there does not appear to be a way to upload a document back into cloud services, such as Dropbox (though I use iCloud Drive, which is not supported at all). Until these limitations are addressed, I wont be able to use PDF Pro as my main reader (and I’d like to!)

Great pdf app, but...

Its crashed three times in the last 40 minutes and lost my annotations each time. Its never done this before, and my app is up to date. Otherwise, its my go-to pdf reader. Update: now it collapses all of my annotations to a single page, so its just a mishmash of now-meaningless highlights and underlinings. Whats going on? Can we get some bug fixes? I paid for this app!

Crap!

You cant access Apple iCloud Drive files. AKA fail! Forces you to share your profile and data with Google to access your google drive. Privacy and security are the least of their concerns. These were all choices that PDF Pro made, putting their needs ahead of their customers. Dont waste your time with this app.

Frustrated

Can you help asap? I bought this app to read a pdf invoice sent on my iphone 6+ and it does not work!!! Im so annoyed at spending the $$$ how to rate the app when it hasnt worked?

Improvement

This is a good improvement over the last version I wish it had ability to read documents at night or night mode.

PDF PRO, Great

Total lifesaver! Great being able to edit PDFs on my phone and tablet!

Great PDF reader app

I have never had a problem with it! Great for taking notes and saving highlighted information!

Excellent

Does everything you need from creating to annotating!

Repair or refund

The 2 things things I needed this app to do it doesnt do at all. First fast loading of large pdf files, failed. Second the ability to take notes inside a pdf file using the Text feature. It crashes the app. It says its optimized for iPad and iPhone 6 & 6+ but the text feature is incomplete at best on my 6+. I can tap the button to start typing but nothing happens. No box, no keyboard no nothing. Its actually missing some buttons for the typing feature that show up on the iPad

Must Have Sync for Backup

In an app like this that will contain accumulations of someones documents searching, it needs to have the ability to sync, or some other means of back-up. I had to restore my phone and lost all my PDFs. If they were synced to my iPad, they could have been restored. That is a no-go.
